Human resource management ((HRM, or simply HR) is a function in organizations designed to maximize employee performance of an employer's strategic objectives. HR is primarily concerned with the management of people within organizations, focusing on policies and systems, employee recruitment, training and development, performance appraisal, and rewarding (e.g., managing pay and benefit systems) under the framework of HR related laws, which having become more and more significant with the frequent employer-employee disputes.

Human resource management is complex and challenging for every business and its employees, and yet it is crucial to business success of employers and career success of employees.  Through representing both sides in a broad range of labor issues, we have accumulated extensive experience in the full spectrum of policy design, documents writing, implementation strategies, change management, risk identification, and dispute resolutions.
